The CEO of Kavan Energy Qeshm Oil Industries Company stated that the company was established at the height of an economic downturn with the objective of effectively managing human resources and creating a sustainable revenue stream. He elaborated on the philosophy behind the company\u2019s establishment, the utilization of the strategic potential of its 23-hectare site in Qeshm, the acquisition of multiple licenses in the fields of production, commerce, and contracting, and ultimately, the company\u2019s transition beyond a three-year period of operating costs through the conclusion of human resources supply contracts.

According to the Public Relations Department of OIEC Group, Mohammad Reza Motamedi, CEO of Kavan Energy Qeshm Oil Industries Company, emphasized the economic challenges and the importance of resilience during periods of recession, stating:\u201cWith a clear understanding of economic threats and the need to maintain resilience during downturns, we established Kavan Energy with the fundamental objective of creating a continuous and sustainable source of revenue. Our primary requirement was to ensure that, during periods of reduced activity across the Group\u2019s projects, we would be able to effectively manage our workforce, ensure the timely payment of employees\u2019 salaries and benefits, preserve the company\u2019s operational dynamism, and remain fully prepared for the subsequent phases of major projects.\u201d

Strategic Location and Utilization of Industrial Land in Qeshm<\/strong>

Motamedi emphasized that the project offers significant added value, stating:\u201cA 20-hectare site had previously been acquired for this purpose in the industrial zone of Qeshm Island. Located along the coastline in one of the area\u2019s prime industrial locations, the site is adjacent to a desalination power plant and in close proximity to an existing jetty. Given the importance of preserving and maximizing the value of this strategic asset, we decided to fully dedicate the site to manufacturing and industrial activities.In parallel with this decision, the project\u2019s preliminary engineering phase and baseline studies in Qeshm were initiated, and the designated land was secured for development. Fortunately, with the addition of a further three hectares of adjacent land, the total site area increased to 23 hectares, providing us with enhanced access and operational advantages. Today, the site is located in one of the most strategically advantageous parts of Qeshm\u2019s industrial zone, directly on the coastline and with access to a dedicated jetty.\u201d


Diversifying the Business Portfolio: From Manufacturing to Trading and Contracting<\/strong>

Elaborating on the company\u2019s development-oriented approach, he stated:\u201cIn line with the overarching policies outlined by Dr. Shafiei to achieve sustainable revenue generation, we expanded the company\u2019s activities into three principal areas. As an initial step, commercial and trading activities, together with manufacturing and industrial operations, were added to the company\u2019s portfolio. Subsequently, toward the end of last year, following a proposal by Dr. Shafiei, general contracting activities\u2014focused primarily on human resources supply\u2014were also incorporated into the company\u2019s scope of operations.\u201d

Referring to the swift performance of the executive team, Motamedi noted:\u201cWithin a remarkably short period of approximately six months, we secured all the necessary licenses and approvals, including permits for commercial and trading activities as well as manufacturing and industrial operations, the establishment license for a production unit, the building construction permit, the general contracting license\u2014with particular emphasis on human resources supply services\u2014occupational safety qualification certificates, approvals from the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour and Social Welfare, and documentation related to job classification schemes. This achievement represents a significant step toward the company\u2019s comprehensive development.\u201d


Expansion of Human Resources Supply Services and Achievement of Sustainable Revenue<\/strong>

Mohammad Reza Motamedi, CEO of Kavan Energy Qeshm Oil Industries Company, added:\u201cFollowing the acquisition of the required licenses and approvals, Kavan Energy took its first operational step by concluding its initial human resources supply contract with Sarvak Azar Company. Under this agreement, we assumed responsibility for supplying approximately 70 personnel for that company, marking an important milestone in Kavan Energy\u2019s revenue-generation journey.Accordingly, after nearly three years during which the company\u2019s operating expenses had been financed solely through internal resources, we succeeded in establishing a sustainable revenue stream capable of covering the company\u2019s general and ongoing operating costs. This represented a significant achievement for the organization.\u201d

\u201cFurthermore, last month we concluded our second human resources supply contract, covering administrative, service, and support personnel, while negotiations with several other companies are currently underway. In addition to generating revenue, these contracts make a significant contribution to improving cash flow and creating added value for the company.\u201d

He further stated:\u201cAt that time, two companies were established simultaneously: Kavan Energy and Rahjouyan Company, the latter operating in the mining sector. Kavan Energy, however, was established with the specific purpose of implementing designated projects in the production of Unsaturated Polyester Resin (UPR).\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n
